Normally we try and reply within just a few hours but sometimes it may
take a little more time than usual. |

- Studio Magic Art does not guarantee same day shipping. All orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of payment,
including weekends.
- We charge of flat $5.00 fee for shipping and handling. All our orders are shipped Ground UPS or Priority Mail. If you require a different shipper, please advise us prior to shipment.
- All international orders are responsible for any import fees/duties that may be
assessed on their shipment. If duties are billed to us for your order we will
charge your credit card the total amount due.
- If UPS charges us a fee for a
incorrect address you provided you will be responsible for those charges. UPS does not deliver to a PO Box.

accepts Visa , Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express credit
card payments and payments using Paypal. You will be required to
fill out a credit card authorization form if your billing address and
shipping address are not identical. The charge on your credit card bill will appear as Laredo Publishing Co. on your credit card statement. |
We guarantee the quality of our printing for which we have exclusive control. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with the items you ordered you may return them for refund within 7 days of purchase. You may request an exchange within 30 days of the ordering date.
Returns need to have a RMA number (Return authorization number) before being sent
back to us.
Returns must be sent to us in resealable condition. If anything is damaged when you receive it, please notify us immediately, so that we may in turn process a claim with the shipping company.
- All RMA request for refund must be made
within 7 days the item was
delivered.
- All RMA request for refund must be in
absolute perfect and new condition in the original carton. We will not accept damaged shipments unless you have previously informed us that you received them damaged.
- All RMA request for exchange must be within
30 days from the ordering date.
- Any items returned without prior notice and with out a RMA
number will not be credited and will be returned to you. Your credit card will
be also be charged for the return shipping cost. If you have paid with a
method other then credit card the item will not be returned until we receive
payment for the return shipping cost.
- We must receive your RMA's item back before any replacement item is sent.
- Customer is solely responsible if RMA Merchandise
returned to us is damaged in shipping. Please use an insured and trackable
method to return items to us.
- A 20% restocking
fee is applied to Returned Items to cover our return processing,
credit card, and shipping costs. The restocking fee does not apply to
exchanges if item is not used or unpacked. Returns are processed within
10 days of receipt.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
No returns or exchanges
are accepted without an RMA number.
